Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of delivery coordinators responsible for delivering CPL International campaigns.
  • Hands-on exposure in verticals like Insurance,

    BFSI, Health, Home Services, Finance, iGaming MMP,

    and

    Legal

  • Ensure that all campaigns management and publishers are managed, and with the highest quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Onboarding new publishers for domestic & International.
  • Develop and implement processes and best practices for campaign delivery and optimization.


Requirements:

  • 2-5 years

    of experience in

    affiliate/ performance marketing

    , with a proven track record of sourcing CPL, CPA & CPS.
  • Strong network of direct buyers and advertisers in all region.
  • Ability to manage partner relationships, optimize campaigns, and deliver results.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
