Aesthetic Sales Consultant & Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven, and compassionate Aesthetic Sales Consultant cum Patient Care Coordinator to join our high-end Aesthetic Clinic in NOIDA SECTOR 132
You will play a key role in educating potential patients about our surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, building trust, and converting inquiries into successful treatments, while ensuring each patient enjoys an exceptional experience from consultation to post-care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand patient goals and concerns.
• Recommend suitable procedures and explain treatment options, pricing, and financing clearly and confidently.
• Follow up proactively with new leads and past consultations to ensure conversion and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth scheduling and communication for each patient.
• Maintain detailed documentation and follow-up records in the CRM system.
• Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic engagement and personalized service.
• Stay up-to-date on all clinic services, product lines, and aesthetic industry trends.
• Build and nurture long-term patient relationships, fostering trust and repeat visits.
• Participate in training programs to continuously enhance your sales, product, and procedural knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in aesthetics, cosmetics, or healthcare.
• Strong interest in cosmetic treatments and aesthetic wellness.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in aesthetic sales, medi-spa, luxury retail, or a medical/clinical environment.
