AES - DE - Low Code - MS Power Platform

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2013 workflows to determine migration feasibility and complexity.
• Redevelop InfoPath forms using PowerApps (Canvas Apps) or SharePoint modern forms with JSON customization.
• Migrate SharePoint 2013 workflows to Power Automate, ensuring process continuity and optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement PowerApps-based solutions integrated with SharePoint Online.
• Build and configure custom Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional Power Platform solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of migrated forms and workflows.
• Provide documentation and training for end-users and support teams.

Required Skills Experience:

• Hands-on experience in InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2013 workflows (must have worked on at least 2-3 projects involving these technologies).
• Hands-on experience managing SharePoint sites using PowerShell.
• Strong expertise in PowerApps (Canvas Apps and Model driven apps) and Power Automate (must have worked on at least 2-3 projects involving these technologies).
• Experience with SharePoint Online, including modern lists, libraries, and JSON-based form customizations.
• Understanding of Power Platform goverce and best practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and data integrations in Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.
• Experience migrating legacy workflows to Power Automate and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize existing processes.
• Knowledge on migration tools - Sharegate, Metalogix etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400) are a plus.
• Experience in handling complex workflow migrations.
• Experience using Sharegate for content migration is a plus.
• Experience writing PowerShell scripts is a plus.
