Job Title: AEM Technical Expert / Solution Architect Experience: 7-12 years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid 12 days a month onsite, candidates from PAN India considered with travel to Bangalore at least twice a month) Job Description: We are looking for an AEM Technical Expert with strong experience in AEM CMS (technical implementation). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, designing, and delivering AEM solutions, as well as working closely with business stakeholders and end clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead AEM technical implementation and project delivery. Collaborate with business teams to design and deliver AEM solutions. Mentor and manage a team of AEM experts. Work with cross-functional teams on integrating AEM with other marketing technologies (MarTech). Skills & Experience: 7-12 years of experience in AEM technical implementation. Strong leadership skills and experience working with clients. Experience in designing, architecting, and delivering AEM solutions. Project management experience. MarTech knowledge is a plus.
