Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent staffing, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Coordinate contract hiring processes from job posting to candidate placement. Conduct domestic staffing activities such as headhunting and referral programs to attract top talent. Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client expectations. Should be able to work in fast pace environment
