AEM Sites Lead

The Role:

As an Application Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for designing, building, and configuring applications with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and SAP ABAP RAP. You will oversee project execution, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery excellence. This role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership to mentor teams, solve complex problems, and enhance application performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and SAP ABAP RAP.
• Lead application design, configuration, and implementation aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive key technical decisions.
• Provide solutions to critical issues within the immediate team and across projects.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to strengthen their technical capabilities.
• Continuously monitor, assess, and optimize application performance and user experience.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently met.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and SAP ABAP RAP.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Proven ability to lead application development initiatives end-to-end.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and project management tools.
• Bachelors degree (15 years of full-time education).

Nice to Have

• Experience with other CMS or digital marketing tools.
• Integration experience with third-party services/APIs.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience..
• This position is based at our Bangalore office and Pan India tier 1 cities.
• A 15 years full time education is required
