Job Profile- AEM Sales

KRA:-

- Achieve ABP & SBP plans.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence

- Achieving successful project completion

- Market Mapping, Enquiry Generation, Plant survey and data collection of compressor air system of end customers

- Marketing - Develop market for Compressed Air Solutions

- IMS and safety

- Kaizen

Job Description:-

- Concept selling and Marketing of compressed air solutions

- Identifying prospective customers & preparing need-based sales presentations.

- Conducting feasibility study at customer-s site, interacting with all levels of personnel at the customer premises, Techno-commercial discussions, price negotiations & Order finalization.

- Project execution, Installation & commissioning of control systems and proving the guaranteed performance of our products.

-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Driving after sales service business

- Ensure training and development of sub-ordinates

- Compliance of IMS procedures

- Ensure 100% safe working environment through safe work practices.
