Job Description

As an Advocate, you will be responsible for visiting compliance support clients and providing monthly notes addressing the raised issues. You will play a crucial role in resolving critical issues related to information collection, processes, and the completion of return filing. Additionally, you will be required to prepare synopses for hearings and appearances before the authorities, escalating critical matters to client management, and generating exceptional reports for partners. Your duties will also include sending GST updates to clients, liaising with GST Offices for various purposes such as GST Audit, refunds, DGFT, EPCG, AA, and Customs law. Furthermore, you will handle customs and FTP regular compliance works and be involved in drafting writ petitions, civil appeals, and providing assistance for appearances before the High Court.
