Job Description

As an Advocate, your role will involve visiting compliance support clients and providing monthly notes on the issues raised. You will be responsible for resolving critical issues related to the collection of information, processes, and the conclusion of return filing. Additionally, you will prepare synopses for hearings and appearances before the authorities, escalate critical issues to client management, and prepare exceptional reports for partners. You will also be required to send GST updates to clients, liaise with GST offices for various purposes, handle customs and FTP compliance works, and draft legal documents such as writ petitions and civil appeals.
