Litigations (Drafting): Providing legal opinions, drafting of legal notices, commercial suits, Section 138 cases, trademark infringement, MSME cases etc.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Advocate with an effective experience of more than 5 years.

Preference to Advocates who are having litigation experience and willing to switch to corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Services:

• Drafting - Legal Notices, 138 Complaints, Commercial Matters, Recovery Matters, etc.
• Agreement Drafting & Vetting: Create and review agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, etc.
• Legal Advise: Offer legal opinions on diverse matters for clients.
• Occasional Court visits

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a consistent career history.
• Advocates who are having litigation experience and willing to switch to corporate

Compensation:

• We offer a competitive salary of upto ₹45k per month (based on experience and relevant skills)
