we have following urgent Requirement for Clint at Thane Navi Mumbai  Job Announcement:  Open Positions at Prasanna Mate & Associates Position: Legal Associate - Litigation & Non-Litigation Location: Thane About us: Prasanna Mate & Associates is a well-established law firm based in Thane, specializing in property-related matters and in wide range of non-litigation services. We have a strong presence in Civil, Revenue, RERA, and Arbitration related disputes. As we continue to expand, we are excited to announce open positions in both our Litigation and Non-Litigation departments. We Are Looking for: 1. Advocate - Litigation Number of Positions: 1 Minimum Experience: 5 years Key Responsibilities: Should be capable of independently drafting a wide range of legal documents including notices, applications, suits, appeals, revisions, written statements, and all related court applications with precision and attention to detail. Proficient in managing and litigating civil disputes, including property, revenue, and tenancy matters, as well as RERA and arbitration proceedings. Should be able to represent clients in all courts, managing the entire litigation process, presenting arguments effectively and conducting cross-examinations. Experience with Thane District Court is preferred. 2. Advocate - Non-Litigation Number of Positions: 2 Minimum Experience: 3 years Key Responsibilities: To draft variety of legal documents such as agreements, deeds, notices, letters, and memorandums, commercial contracts, RERA related drafts and applications, SARFAESI and banking matters. To conduct due diligence and prepare title reports for high-value transactions. Negotiate, vet, and finalize agreements. Ensure timely coordination for the registration process with clients, advocates, and agents. Oversee the smooth closure of agreements and maintain regular follow-ups with internal and external clients. 3. Freshers / Junior Advocates Number of Positions: 2 Criteria: A strong academic background with a basic understanding of legal principles. Eagerness to specialize in both litigation and non-litigation areas. Computer proficiency is preferred. Candidates looking for long-term association are preferred. Why Join Us?
