Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters, including corporate, civil, criminal, and labor laws (as per specialization).
Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes amicably where possible.
Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws and statutory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.
Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and documentation.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
