As an Advisory Senior Manager (L6) specializing in Sustainability for the North America Market at Accenture, your role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide strategic advisory services and conduct market research to enhance business performance. - Develop data-driven recommendations for clients. - Support and drive go-to-market campaigns. - Lead sales/pipeline reviews with leaders. - Own relationships with key stakeholders in the market, client service groups, and industry. - Shape winning proposals for clients in collaboration with practitioners across Accenture. - Develop go-to-market assets and align content and messaging for various materials. - Conduct reviews with client teams to identify areas of improvement and harvest deliverables. **Qualifications Required:** - Deep sales and delivery expertise in Sustainability. - Profound expertise in Sustainability Strategy, ESG regulations, ESG governance & operating model design, ESG risk assessment, ESG data management, and more. - Ability to build trust and effectively partner with senior stakeholders to sell sustainability services to clients. - Relevant experience in the required domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
