Roles And Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to post-sales activities in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with product-related questions, complaints, and feedback
• Investigate and resolve customer issues with the help of the relevant departments
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily
• Provide feedback to the management team on common customer issues and trends
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to improve the post-sales experience for customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in post-sales support
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customer situations with professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
