Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advisor located in Junagadh City. The Advisor will be responsible for providing information on insurance products, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable insurance plans. Day-to-day tasks include following up with potential customers, conducting financial needs analyses, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the services provided. The Advisor will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and maintaining a strong relationship with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
