Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Ad Sales professional to join our team. The role involves building and managing client relationships, pitching advertising solutions, and driving revenue growth through media sales. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, an understanding of advertising/media trends, and proven experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities for advertising sales.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with agencies, brands, and corporate clients.

Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets. Collaborate with internal creative, operations, and strategy teams to deliver effective ad campaigns. Negotiate rates, close deals, and ensure timely payments from clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in advertising/media sales (depending on level).
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Existing network with media agencies/brands is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
