Key Responsibilities β Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping). β Own full-funnel performance: from awareness to conversion and retention. β Create ad strategies tailored for both D2C (Shopify) and marketplace (Amazon) channels. β Track key KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, ACoS, CVR, CPA etc. β Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements. β Manage ad budgets and bid strategies to maximize performance. β Lead all Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns on Amazon. β Collaborate with the design/content team for campaign assets. β Prepare weekly/monthly ad performance reports with insights and action points. β Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, ad tools, and beta features. Qualifications & Skills β 5+ years of experience in managing performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Meta, and Google. β Proven track record of scaling ROAS-positive ad accounts in a D2C eCommerce setup. β Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Excel/Sheets, GA4, and Ads dashboards. β Experience in ad copywriting and creative performance feedback. β Bonus: Experience with tools like Helium10, Semrush, Canva, or creative automation platforms.
