As a SS & C Geneva Specialist with 6-9 years of experience, your role will involve: - Having a good understanding of reconciliations processing related to cash, position, trade, and PNL across various instrument types such as forex, equity, options, OTC derivatives, swaps, and fixed income. - Conducting daily and monthly complex reconciliations autonomously. - Demonstrating proficiency in working with large data sets and possessing excellent Excel skills, with SQL abilities considered a plus. - Utilizing your working knowledge of the Gresham recon tool, if available. - Researching issues and providing effective solutions independently. - Resolving reconciliation discrepancies and breaks independently. - Collaborating with both the Business and IT departments for information and issue resolution. - Upholding quality SLA standards during reconciliation processes. - Having a background in Accounting, Finance, or Operations, preferably with experience in hedge fund accounting reconciliations. - Possessing essential Geneva experience. - Showcasing exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to work with minimal guidance. - Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Understanding Capital Markets, Hedge Funds, and Financial Instruments. - Exhibiting strong analytical and interpersonal skills. - Being capable of working autonomously as well as in a team environment.,
