Advanced Enterprise Applications Analyst

Partners with sales, product and other stakeholders to define, develop, improve and implement customer-focused engagement and service delivery processes. Analyzes, interprets and documents customer requirements and works to ensure DN delivery processes are applied, adapted and executed to ensure an effective and high quality response. Conducts process fit / gap analysis, identifies and estimates change requests and guides stakeholders in coordinating requirements and process application.

• Minimum work experience: 8 years of Oracle Apps (#R12, #11i) applications development.
• Hold a Bachelor/Master degree specialized with a blend of Business and Technology.
• Hands on experience in Oracle apps technical skills SQL, PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, Forms, Reports, Workflow, Form Personalization s, UNIX, Shell scripting, XML Publisher, OAF, ADF etc.
• Hands on techno functional experience in Oracle spectrum of application suite covering end to end processes: QTO, PTB, STS, OTC,STR, Covering modules related to Oracle Supply Chain Management(SCM), Oracle Manufacturing, Oracle Planning and WMS.
• Knowledge of Middleware SOA, OSB, OIC.
• Subject matter expertise : Manufacturing & SCM ,
• Ability to interact and coordinate with employees at different levels, different groups, and Different geographical locations within the company
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task workload
• Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills.

We are seeking a self-starting individual to be responsible for the development, configuration and maintenance of Oracle ERP applications. Your primary focus will be to handle all Functional and RICEW Customizations and developments in Oracle Applications. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality deliverables is essential. Individual will work with IT and Business stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements, create high-quality functional and technical design specifications, and ensure the successful development, testing, deployment, documentation, and communication with stakeholders is accomplished, minimizing system outages and reducing or eliminating situations that call for incident/problem management. You will also be responsible to support any ad hoc on demand requests related to Oracle ERP applications.

• Develop customized solutions within Oracle ERP to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.
• Interact directly with managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions.
• Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
• Coordinate meetings with Business, document and distribute meeting minutes, ensure actions items are completed on time, communicate statuses, escalate issues to management as appropriate.
