Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the implementation of innovative solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for team improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles. Experience in implementing advanced planning systems. Knowledge of cloud computing and mobile application development. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies. Good To Have Skills: Experience with enterprise resource planning systems. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning. This position is based at our Chennai office.
