About The Role

Project Role :Advanced Application Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop innovative technology solutions for emerging industries and products. Interpret system requirements into design specifications.

Summary:As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will utilize modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, employing a cloud-first and mobile-first mindset, and working within an Agile framework to create value across diverse projects of varying scopes and scales. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes that impact multiple teams, ensuring that the solutions you provide are effective and innovative.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align team objectives.

Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.

Strong understanding of modular architecture principles and design patterns.

Experience with cloud computing platforms and mobile application development.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
