Job Description

Execute end-to-end analytics projects with minimal supervision
Translate complex data into clear business recommendations
Present findings to stakeholders in a business-oriented manner
Support solution development for diverse business challenges
Maintain thorough documentation of project activities
Communicate risks and project outcomes effectively
Demonstrate agility in learning new technologies and domain knowledge

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Operations Research, or related fields
OR B.Tech / MBA with relevant analytics experience
4 6 years of hands-on experience in analytics
Proficiency in tools such as R, Python, SQL, SAS, and MS Excel/PowerPoint
Experience with advanced techniques: regression, clustering, decision trees, time series, PCA, SVM, GBT, CNN, RNN, and optimization models
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
