Adobe Workfront Consultant

You are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Adobe Workfront Configuration Consultant to join your client's team. As an Adobe Workfront Configuration Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting system optimization, performing configuration activities, and providing front-line support for Workfront users. The ideal candidate for this role must possess Adobe Workfront certifications, demonstrate solid platform knowledge, and be capable of engaging with end-users and stakeholders effectively. Your key responsibilities will include attending discovery sessions for implementations and enhancements, providing end-to-end configuration of all objects for large systems changes and optimizations in alignment with the approved architectural design, supporting end user requests and updates, conducting ongoing systems audits and operational updates, updating design documentation and configuration workbooks, providing system configuration recommendations, advising on custom form streamlining, supporting user acceptance testing and training, and assisting with training, office hours, or other end-user support and education functions as needed. To qualify for this role, you must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront configuration, a proven ability to support configuration optimization and platform support, and an Adobe Workfront Certification. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for effectively supporting enterprise platform users and admin responsibilities.
