We are looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Workfront environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflows, user adoption, system governance, and integrations. If you are passionate about work management, automation, and process improvement, this is the role for you.
Manage Workfront system administration including users, groups, access levels, layouts, and templates.
Configure custom forms, fields, dashboards, and reports for teams and leadership.
Build and maintain approval workflows and process automations.
Provide user support, training, and documentation for Workfront best practices.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance within Workfront.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Creative, PMO, Operations).
(If Fusion experience required) Develop and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to integrate Workfront with applications like Jira, Slack, Salesforce, AEM, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.
