Adobe Video Editor (Premiere Pro / After Effects) — Full-Time, On-Site — View It Up

We’re hiring a full-time, on-site Adobe Video Editor

Responsibilities (project-dependent):

• Edit

  head-talk

  and

  promo/brand

  videos in Premiere Pro.
• Create

  motion text/graphics

  and simple animations in After Effects when required.
• Perform

  basic color grading and audio cleanup

  ; export to required specs and ratios.
• Maintain neat timelines, assets, and project files; follow brand style.
• Collaborate with writers/researchers; iterate quickly on feedback.

Requirements:

• Premiere Pro

  : solid real-world experience (

  3–6+ months

  ).

• After Effects

  : basic-to-good skills for motion text/graphics.
• Proven work across

  YouTube edits

  and

  short-form

  (Reels/Shorts).

• On-site, full-time

  in Indore (8 hours + 1 hour lunch).
• Own laptop

  preferred

  (nice-to-have; can be discussed).

Compensation & Workplace:

• ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 / month

  , depending on experience & portfolio quality.
• On-site role (Indore).
• Performance-based increments over time.
