As a Web Analytics Support Analyst at our company, your role is crucial in providing support to a large technology client by utilizing Adobe Analytics to analyze and report on the digital customer journey through the client's site properties. Your responsibilities include: - Analyzing and reporting on various metrics such as clicks, page views, time on site, bounce rates, attribution, and campaign tracking using Adobe Analytics - Developing insights and recommendations to enhance website conversion rates, page speed, time on site, bounce rate, retention, campaign performance, and overall business performance - Collaborating with internal team members and external stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines, and deliverables for analytics requests - Managing multiple data sources simultaneously to create a cohesive story with actionable insights - Utilizing available data sources to answer business questions and support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions - Providing proactive updates on the status of analytics requests and deliverables - Tracking work items via a ticketing system to accurately capture time and effort for different analytics deliverables Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of experience in digital/web analytics with tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics - Proficiency in ad-hoc analysis, development of recommendations, and delivering clear, visual output - Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Strong understanding of website tagging methodology and event attributes - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various roles - Bachelor's degree in mathematics, information systems, statistics, marketing, business, or related disciplines - Independent with the ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks, while also being a team player - Quick adaptability to multiple analytics platforms and navigating ambiguity - Ability to take direction from multiple sources and accept feedback constructively Preferred qualifications include: - Intermediate/advanced experience with Adobe Analytics - Advanced Excel skills - Basic knowledge of Power BI and SQL - Prior experience with data collection tools like JSLL Join us in this exciting opportunity to make a significant impact through data-driven insights and recommendations in the digital analytics space.,
