Role Overview

Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and maintain
Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks
within Azure DevOps Boards.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to ensure timely delivery of GRC-related projects and initiatives.
Automate workflows and integrate ADO Boards with
GitHub, Jira, ServiceNow
, and other tools to optimize efficiency.
Monitor and track
sprint progress, backlog grooming, and release planning
.
Maintain clear and updated
project documentation
within ADO.
Ensure alignment with
Agile / Scrum best practices
and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years of experience working with
Azure DevOps Boards
(or similar agile project management tools).
Strong knowledge of
Agile methodologies
(Scrum, Kanban).
Hands-on experience with
work item lifecycle management
(Epics Features Stories Tasks).
Experience in
workflow automation and tool integrations
(e.g., GitHub, Jira, ServiceNow).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with
cross-functional stakeholders
.

Good to Have

Exposure to
GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) projects
.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of reporting and dashboard creation in ADO.
