Admissions & Partnerships Coordinator

HashHackCode is seeking an Admissions & Partnerships Coordinator to support our admissions process and help build partnerships with schools and organizations. If you are a people person with strong communication and follow-up skills, this is your chance to make a difference in inclusive education.

Your roles and responsibilities:

• Admissions Support: Call and follow up with prospective parents and students, share program details, answer queries, and guide them through the admissions process.
• Demo Coordination: Schedule, organize, and follow up on demo sessions with parents, students, and partner schools.
• CRM Management: Log all communications, maintain an organized pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups for every lead.
• Partnership Outreach: Research, identify, and reach out to potential partner schools, NGOs, and community groups.
• Events & Open Houses: Assist in organizing open houses, workshops, webinars, and outreach events to promote HashHackCode’s programs.
• Reporting: Track and report on admissions conversions, outreach efforts, and partnership progress weekly.
• Collaboration: Work with the marketing, content, and operations teams to deliver a consistent and supportive experience for families and partners.
• Relationship Building: Help nurture long-term relationships with parents, students, and external stakeholders.

What we require:

• Communication skills: Excellent spoken and written English (Tamil/Hindi is a plus).
• People person: Friendly, empathetic, and comfortable talking to parents, students, and school representatives.
• Organized & proactive: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
• Tech savvy: Experience with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and basic email communication.
• Sales/admissions exposure: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in admissions, customer service, partnerships, or outreach.
• Passion for inclusion: A genuine connection to HashHackCode’s mission and values.
