Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai (Medavakkam) for an Admissions Officer at The Narayana Group. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing and facilitating the admissions process, coordinating with prospective students and parents, and ensuring seamless communication. Daily tasks include engaging with potential candidates, counseling them on academic programs, assisting with international admissions, and providing outstanding customer service to meet enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in International Admissions and a solid understanding of global education admissions processes
• Proven Customer Service skills to address student and parent inquiries professionally and empathetically
• Familiarity with the Education sector and the ability to assist candidates in making informed choices
• Commitment to providing excellent support and guidance throughout the admissions process
• Relevant experience in admissions, education counseling, or a similar field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
