Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Officer, located in Guwahati , Mumbai. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing the admissions process, evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and providing guidance to prospective students. They will also be involved in international admissions processes, assisting students and families with inquiries, and maintaining records of all admissions data. The role includes customer service responsibilities, providing support and information to students and parents.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in International Admissions and understanding of the educational sector
• Customer Service skills beneficial for providing support and information to students and families
• Proficiency in using various communication platforms and technologies
• Relevant experience in the admissions process or educational counseling is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
