Admissions Counselor

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our growing team in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, qualifying leads, explaining program offerings to students and parents, and ultimately converting prospects into enrolled students.

This is a sales-oriented role that requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to work under performance pressure. If you are an English-speaking professional with a flair for sales and a desire to help students shape their futures, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Qualification:
• Proactively follow up with student inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.Assess student needs and qualify leads for further engagement.
• Program Counselling:
• Conduct detailed counselling sessions for prospective students and their parents, explaining program details, admissions process, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes.
• Sales Closure: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to final enrollment.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets and KPIs.

• CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system for all leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
