Admissions Counselor

We need 2 Sr. Counselor for our organization.

location - Gurugram

Salary - 25K - 40K

Key Responsibilities1. Student Counselling & Guidance

• Provide personalized counselling to prospective students (and their parents) regarding course options, career goals, eligibility, and admission requirements.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions, webinars, and group orientations to guide applicants through the admission journey.
• Assist students in understanding application procedures, documentation, and deadlines.

2. Admissions Process Management

• Regular Calls, Follow-up Calls. Focus on Walk-in & also focus for references
• Evaluate student applications for eligibility and alignment with institutional standards.
• Collaborate with academic departments to ensure admission criteria are met.

3. Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise and mentor junior admission counsellors or admission officers.
• Develop scripts, FAQs, and best practices for student communication.
• Monitor team performance against enrollment targets.

4. Marketing & Outreach

• Participate in and organize educational fairs, school visits, seminars, and promotional events.
• Build partnerships with schools, consultants, and external agencies to drive applications.
• Work with marketing teams to design campaigns that attract quality leads.

5. Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and conversion rates.
• Analyze trends in enrollment data to forecast and improve future admissions.
• Prepare regular reports for management on performance metrics.

6. Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between students and academic departments to resolve queries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Marketing, Psychology, or Business Administration).
• 3–7 years of experience in student admissions, counselling, or education marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
