Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Admission Counselor with a flair for marketing to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process while actively promoting the institution through marketing and outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and admission procedures.
• Manage admission inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.
• Support marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and lead-generation activities.
• Conduct school visits, seminars, and participation in education fairs.
• Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM/Excel.
• Achieve admission and enrollment targets as set by the institution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional material.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or Education preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions counseling, sales, or marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with presentations, public speaking, and digital platforms.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up and organizational abilities.

Skills Preferred

• Counseling and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing basics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and local language.

Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + Incentives

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
