Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor - Inside Sales - Test Prep located in New Delhi. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing information to prospective students, conducting counseling sessions, and assisting students throughout the admissions process. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, converting leads into enrollments, maintaining customer relationships, and working closely with the sales and education teams to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Proven Customer Service skills
• Sales experience, particularly in the education sector
• Understanding of educational needs and requirements
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience working with CRM software is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
