Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, located in Delhi, India. The Admissions Counselor will assist prospective students in the admissions process, provide detailed program information, and guide them in making informed decisions. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting consultations, answering queries, and maintaining records of discussions. The role also involves collaborating with the admissions team to achieve enrollment objectives.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
Customer Service experience with a focus on meeting client needs
Proficiency in Sales, including the ability to guide and persuade potential students effectively
Background or experience in the Education field is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
