Admissions Counselor

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2C Admission Counsellor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:1️ Handling student inquiries and explaining course details.2️ Counseling and converting potential leads into admissions.3️ Managing follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.4️ Maintaining student records and data in CRM software.5️ Coordinating with the training and operations team for smooth onboarding.6️ Meeting monthly admission targets and ensuring student satisfaction.7️ Sending professional emails and following up effectively with students.

Salary & Benefits:

Qualifications & Skills Required:
Minimum 6 months of experience in B2C Sales / Admissions / Counselling Strong communication & presentation skillsExcellent negotiation and closing abilityExperience in client relationship managementProficient in CRM tools & email communicationShould know how to draft and share professional emailsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant fieldSelf-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
