Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential Ph.D. aspirants.
• Communicate fluently in English with students across India and abroad.
• Understand the students academic background and career goals, and guide them through the Ph.D. admission process.
• Collect and evaluate student profiles (CVs), and coordinate with internal evaluation departments.
• Follow up consistently via phone, WhatsApp, or email to ensure high engagement and closure.
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and status updates in CRM tools.
• Provide after-enrolment support as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English is a MUST spoken and written.
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in any discipline (Humanities/Commerce/Science/Management preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling, telecalling, telesales, or inside sales preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
