Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents about available academic programs, admission criteria, and career opportunities.
• Provide guidance throughout the admission process, including applications, documentation, and eligibility requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, participate in admission events, and represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and workshops.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely follow-up and support.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve student enrollment targets.

Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate degree in any field.

• Experience:

  0–2 years (freshers are welcome to apply).

• Languages:

  Strong communication skills in

  English, Hindi, and Telugu

  .
• Outspoken, confident, and approachable personality.
• Willingness to travel for events, seminars, and student interactions.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary: 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 plus incentives
