EduMENTOR Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Delhi, NCR.

About EduMENTOR

EduMENTOR is amongst Delhis largest Test Prep service providers. Spread across 18 branches we mentor more than three thousand five hundred students every year for national level entrances. EduMentor is a counseling support partner to 200+ schools in Delhi.

About the Role

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our clients and driving sales growth. You will counsel students, parents, and teachers on our latest educational products, build relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Counsel students, parents, and teachers regarding EduMENTOR's educational products and services.

Address student and parent queries, providing solutions and guidance.

Establish rapport with prospective customers and convert them into clients.

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets.

Identify new customer segments and penetrate the education market.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Understand student and market needs, providing valuable feedback to the product development team.

Gather market intelligence and inform product development and improvement strategies.

Maintain accurate documentation and report to the head office.

Strong relationship-building abilities.

Proven sales experience (preferred, but not mandatory).

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to achieving targets.
