Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counsellor located in Pune. The Admissions Counsellor will manage the end-to-end admissions process, including engaging prospective students, providing accurate information about academic programs, and assisting with application procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with applicants, handling inquiries, and supporting students in making informed decisions about their educational journey.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with students and stakeholders.
• Customer Service expertise to address prospective student inquiries and enhance their experience during the admissions process.
• Proven skills in Sales and enrollment strategies to achieve student intake goals.
• Understanding of the Education industry, especially in online and academic degree programs.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, with a preference for experience in admissions or educational counseling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
