Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Admissions Coordinator located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for guiding students through the application process, providing customer service support, and handling inquiries related to study abroad programs. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely processing of applications and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of admission requirements. The Admissions Coordinator will also provide training and support to new team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in client handling , CRM , Submitting application.
• Ability to provide Training and support to new team members
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Prior experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
