Admissions Clerk

Data Entry and Record Keeping

• Enter and update personal and demographic information into computer systems.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of admissions.
• Registration and Admission Process
• Collect and verify identification and other documentation.
• Prepare and complete admission paperwork.
• Ensure all required forms are signed and filed correctly.

Billing and Payment Processing

• Collect co-pays, deposits, or fees.
• Provide billing estimates or receipts.
• Coordinate with the billing department to resolve discrepancies.

Coordination and Communication

• Liaise with other departments (e.g., medical staff, academic advisors).
• Schedule appointments, tests, or interviews as needed.
• Notify appropriate personnel of new admissions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and clerical skills.
• Proficiency with office software and databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
