Job Description

Design engaging and effective lesson plans based on curriculum objectives. Adapt materials for different proficiency levels and learning styles. Teach reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in the target language. Use a variety of instructional methods, such as interactive activities, multimedia tools, and real-life simulations. Prepare and administer quizzes, tests, oral exams, and written assignments. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Create a positive and respectful classroom environment. Manage student behavior and foster participation and collaboration. Offer extra help or tutoring for students who need additional support. Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress if applicable.
