Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Associate located in Lucknow. The Admissions Associate will be responsible for enrollment management, utilizing interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with prospective students, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the education team in the admissions process.

Enrollment Management and Customer Service skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Able to handle calls over CRM (200 calls per day)
