Key Job Responsibilities


  • Submit applications within 24–48 hours.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional requirements.
  • Apply for scholarships when applicable.
  • Verify documents and obtain signed declarations.
  • Upload additional documents as needed.
  • Respond to emails within 24 hours.
  • Follow up with institutions and counsellors.
  • Request extensions if needed.
  • Send AIP/eVisa and follow up for fee receipts.
  • Update CRM and manage student portal.
  • Complete enrolment and subject selection.
  • Maintain admissions sheet and monitor support staff.
  • Submit 3 weekly reports.
  • Handle client queries and conduct training for new joiners.
