Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will provide guidance to students on course selections, applications, and visa procedures. The role involves managing communication with students, addressing their inquiries, and offering customer service throughout the admissions process. Additionally, the Admissions Counselor will build and maintain relationships with universities, property providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for students.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and Communication
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Background in Education sector is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software
