Role Description

The Admission Officer will oversee student admissions at Aakash Educational Services Limited, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both students and their families. Responsibilities include managing the admission process, guiding prospective students and offering accurate information about program offerings. The role involves communicating with parents and students, addressing queries and maintaining relationships to support enrolment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata and district locations across West Bengal

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication for engaging with students and parents.
• Experience in admissions and understanding of the education and test-prep industry is advantageous.
• Customer service experience with a focus on responsiveness and conflict resolution.
• Commitment to supporting students' educational goals and maintaining a student-first approach.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant administrative tools and systems is an added advantage.
