Admission Officer

As an Admission Officer at Aakash Educational Services Ltd. (AESL), your main responsibility will be to generate leads through various marketing activities, provide counseling to potential students, and enroll them. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the company's mission of offering high-quality educational services to students and parents. - Generate admissions by conducting marketing activities such as seminars in schools, open seminars in town, and residential spots within a specified territory. - Meet principals, coordinators, and management personnel during school visits to achieve set targets for business development. - Provide a delightful customer experience by counseling students and parents during home visits and successfully enrolling students. - Collaborate with local tuition teachers to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. - Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances to maintain standards. - Must have a bachelor's degree. - Preferred qualifications include BTech, MBA, or Masters in Psychology, Education, etc. - Ability to handle customers in a calm, empathic, and patient manner with strong sales persuasion skills. - Excellent networking and presentation skills for conducting seminars. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email writing, and comfortable using software related to Sales & Services. - Fluency in English and Regional Language for effective communication. - Comfortable with traveling and public speaking.
