Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Share clear, accurate details about our undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including eligibility, curriculum highlights, and career prospects.
Reach out to potential students through calls, emails, and chats, to answer questions and build meaningful connections.
Have one-on-one conversations to understand each student’s goals, strengths, and challenges—helping them choose the course that fits best.
Be a constant companion in the admission journey—offering updates, reminders, and encouragement right up to enrollment.
Work toward monthly enrollment goals while maintaining the quality of each interaction.
Keep detailed records of all student communications and progress in our system to ensure smooth coordination within the team.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
0–2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer engagement, or sales.
Freshers wanting to start there career are welcome to apply.
Excellent English communication skills.
A drive to meet goals while delivering a genuinely positive student experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
