Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right career-oriented training programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and ensuring an excellent counselling experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries from students and parents. Counsel students about training programs, career opportunities, and institute offerings. Maintain follow-up with potential leads to ensure conversions. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Maintain data records of inquiries and conversions in Sheets or Excel. Attend seminars, campus visits, and promotional events when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Management, or IT). Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, Punjabi preferred). Strong convincing and presentation skills. Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).
